At CanadianBongs.ca, we strive to process and fulfill your orders promptly. Please review our cancellation policy to understand any applicable fees or conditions.

Cancellation Fees

  • Orders Paid by Credit/Debit Card: Cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.
  • Orders Paid by E-Transfer: Cancellations are free of charge for orders paid via e-transfer.

How to Cancel an Order

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@CanadianBongs.ca
  • Cancellations are only available if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.

Refunds

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
