📦 Keep Your Packaging
Yes — always keep your original box and packaging.
Some warranty or return claims require the serial number from the product box, so disposing of it may prevent a successful claim.
🔌 Vaporizer Warranty
Almost all vaporizer and vaporizer part warranty claims are handled directly through the original manufacturer. This ensures your device is serviced by the experts who designed it, leading to faster and more accurate resolutions.
Canadian Bongs doesn’t handle vaporizer warranty repairs in-house, but we’re happy to guide you through the process.
If your device develops a defect or stops working as expected:

Contact us and we’ll connect you with the correct manufacturer support team

Most manufacturers require:

Photo or video showing the issue

Once submitted, they’ll review your claim and, if approved, will repair or replace your device according to their warranty terms.
Manufacturer warranties usually cover defects in materials or workmanship (such as battery failure or internal malfunctions during normal use).
They do not cover:

Accidents or drops

Water exposure

Unauthorized modifications
Most brands offer 1–3 years of coverage, and some provide lifetime coverage on select components.

If your bong or accessory arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If eligible, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Email support is preferred for the fastest resolution.

🔁 Vaporizer Returns
Yes — only if unopened and unused.

A 5–15% restocking fee applies

🔁 Bong & Accessory Returns
Yes — as long as the item is:

$15 minimum shipping deduction
Used items or opened packaging are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged.
📦 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours.
We’ll verify the issue and send a corrected shipment or refund if appropriate.
The item must remain unused and in original condition.
