Glass Dab Rigs for Concentrates

If you’re into wax, shatter, rosin or any other concentrate, a proper dab rig makes all the difference. You get more flavour, smoother hits and a lot less waste than you would trying to make a regular bong work. Our dab rigs ship discreetly across Canada, from pocket-sized mini rigs to full recyclers.

What Is a Dab Rig?

A dab rig, sometimes called a concentrate rig, dab pipe or shatter bong, is a water pipe built for concentrates instead of flower. Rather than a bowl, it uses a banger or nail that you heat up before adding your dab. The concentrate turns to vapour, travels through the water and comes out cool and full of flavour.

Dab rigs are usually smaller than bongs. Concentrates don’t produce much vapour, so a compact rig gets it to you fresh instead of letting it spread out in a big chamber.

Types of Dab Rigs

Recycler Dab Rigs

A recycler pulls water up through one chamber and sends it back down another, so it’s constantly moving while you hit it. That extra filtration smooths out each pull, and watching the water loop is half the fun. Recyclers are one of the most popular dab rig styles in Canada for good reason.

Mini Dab Rigs

Mini dab rigs keep everything tight and simple. With less glass between the banger and your mouth, you taste more of your concentrate. They’re also easy to store and take with you.

Beaker and Bell Base Rigs

A wide beaker or bell base keeps your rig planted on the table, which matters when you’re handling a hot banger. These rigs are a great pick for everyday dabbing at home.

Silicone Dab Rigs

Silicone dab rigs can handle drops that would crack glass, so they’re perfect for travel or a backup rig. Check out the full LIT Silicone collection for silicone rigs and accessories.

Electric Dab Rigs and E-Nails

Want to skip the torch? An e-nail turns a glass rig into a set-it-and-forget-it setup, while an e-rig is an all-in-one electric dab rig you charge like a vape.

How to Use a Dab Rig

  1. Heat the banger. Use a dab torch to heat your banger until it’s hot all the way through.
  2. Let it cool. Give it a short cool-down so you’re not scorching the concentrate. Thicker bangers hold heat longer and need more time.
  3. Drop your dab. Use a dab tool to place the concentrate inside the banger.
  4. Cap it. Cover the banger with a carb cap to trap heat and control airflow.
  5. Inhale slowly. Pull gently and steadily to get the most flavour from each dab.

What You Need to Start Dabbing

Most rigs need a few extras before your first dab. Start with a quartz banger that matches your rig’s joint size and angle, then add a carb cap, a dab tool and a torch. Terp pearls spin inside the banger to spread heat evenly, and a reclaim catcher keeps leftover oil out of your rig. You’ll find everything else in dab rig parts.

Looking for a Cheap Dab Rig?

A good dab rig doesn’t have to cost a lot. Mini rigs and silicone rigs are some of the most affordable options, and our sale section is worth checking for marked-down glass. If you smoke flower too, browse our bongs for sale.
