Shipping Policy

At CanadianBongs.ca, we’re committed to getting your order to you fast, discreetly, and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your goods across Canada.

Location

Canadian Bongs ships from multiple warehouses across Canada. Depending on stock availability and your location, we’ll send your order from the closest and fastest warehouse to get it to you as quickly as possible.

🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 10 AM Pacific Time usually ship same-day.

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours, and up to 48 hours during holidays or peak times.

  • All orders ship from our main warehouse in Vancouver, BC, or our secondary warehouse in Brandon, MB (products shipping from Manitoba are clearly marked in our Secondary Warehouse Collection).

📦 Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All packages arrive in plain, unmarked boxes with no branding or visible product info.

💸 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $99 (before taxes & after discounts).

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email or text with a tracking number.
Didn’t get one? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us at Sales@CanadianBongs.ca or text 778-769-4326 (email is faster!).

🔒 Address & Verification

  • Your billing and shipping address must match for security reasons. Orders with mismatched info may be delayed or canceled.

  • Entered the wrong address? If it is the customers error and the parcel is lost sadly we can't offer refunds or replacements. Please double check and make sure your address correct. 

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If a package is lost during transit, we’ll work with Canada Post to investigate. This may take up to 15 days. Refunds or reshipments will only be issued once their investigation is complete. Refunds and replacement shipments are not available if the customer supplied the wrong shipping details. 

❌ Cancellations

  • Changed your mind before it ships? No problem — but there’s a $10 cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.

💳 E-Transfer Payments
